GP Patient Survey

Some of our patients will receive a letter from NHS England entitled ‘GP Patient Survey’ in the coming week or so.  This is a plea to please complete this if you can.   If you are one of the 400 that are sent this from the 11300 patients then it is vital your voice is heard. 

Last year the NHS sent out 401 forms to our patients and 86 people completed it (21%).  We scored joint second in Crawley based on this.

If more people complete it who knows where we can come in the charts of Crawley Practices.

Therefore if you are selected pretty please can you complete it for us.
