ADHD Peer Support Groups for Adults

Recently diagnosed with ADHD?

If you have received an ADHD diagnosis since July 2025, you may be eligible to join a new peer support group provided by Crawley Community Action.

These groups, launching in August, are open to adults aged 18 and over and offer a safe, welcoming space to:

• Meet others with shared experiences
• Share ideas, information and practical coping strategies
• Build supportive connections in a confidential environment

Whether you are looking for understanding, advice or simply the opportunity to talk with others on a similar journey, you are welcome to get in touch.
