Appointments

appointments

Appointments are available Monday to Friday with doctors and practice nurses and are at varying times throughout the day to offer flexibility of access to patients.

Appointments can now be CANCELLED 24 hours per day by leaving a message on the Surgery telephone number.

Self Check-in

A patient self check-in service is installed at the Ifield Surgery to minimise queuing at the reception desk.

Making an Appointment

Consultations are by appointment only and can be made by telephone Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm or in person at the surgery during surgery opening hours (see above) or via the practice website.

Appointments can be booked at both our Ifield and Crow Place Surgeries and will be allocated to the earliest available doctor. However, should you wish to see a specific doctor, please ask the receptionist.

Urgent appointments

Please do not ask for an urgent appointment unless it is really necessary.

Cancelling your Appointment

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment so that it can be made available to others (please remember, this can be done on-line via the Practice website or by leaving a message on the Practice telephone number).

A variety of times are available to meet most circumstances - please contact the reception team.
